Hold Your Event at the Park
Discovery Green is a one-of-a-kind venue for your event. From company picnics, organization fundraisers and product launches to birthday parties and weddings, there is a perfect spot for you at the park.

Whether it’s the park’s lush green spaces or gardens for your family occasion or the Anheuser-Busch Stage or granite promenades for your fundraiser or festival, the park can accommodate guests from 20 to 25,000.

Planning Process: Ten Steps to a Great Event
1. You Read.
Review the Venue Rental Guide and Event Planning Guide thoroughly.

2. You Apply.
Complete and submit your Event Application online.

3. We Review.
Your completed Event Application is reviewed by Discovery Green's Programming and Operations teams.

4. We Respond.
We contact you with either:
-Questions to obtain further clarification; or
-Quote outlining your expenses (per Appendix A.)

5. You Reply.
You either:
-Adjust your plans to fulfill Discovery Green requirements; or
-Sign and return your Quote.

6. We Prepare.
We generate and send a full Contract to you.

7. You reply.
You send us a signed contract and payment.

8. We Reserve.
Upon receiving your signed contract and payment, we secure your date and space.

9. You Have a Great Event!
The specifics outlined in the signed contract are your blueprint for a great event.

10. We Refund.
If you fulfilled your contract, and no damages were incurred, your security deposit is refunded in full.
