Group Request Form

Discovery Green welcomes group field trips!

To begin the reservation process:

1. Please complete and submit this form at least two weeks in advance of your field trip.
2. Save the automated reply email informing you the request was received.
3. A Discovery Green representative will contact you within 3-5 business days to confirm your reservation details.
4. You will then receive an approved Reservation Confirmation for your group visit.

This process ensures there will be adequate space in the park to accommodate your group’s visit to Discovery Green.

While there is no charge to visit the park, some optional activities may involve charges. Please check our website to confirm details at www.discoverygreen.com.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

• Group visits can not be scheduled on Tuesdays during the months of September, October, April and May.
• Parking: Please arrange your parking requirements before arriving. Unfortunately, we can not issue parking permits.
• Please note buses will not be able to park on Avenida de las Americas in front of the Convention Center.
