This year's Rainbow on the Green took place on June 20, 2014 with an ultimate dance party and electrifying entertainment! Thank you to everyone that came out to the park to celebrate with us! Check back as we announce the date for the next Rainbow on the Green returning Spring 2015! 

Land Rover Houston Central's Rainbow on the Green presented by Legacy Community Health Services is Discovery Green's annual citywide GLBT celebration that is free and fabulous. The 2014 lineup included Chad Pitt of MIX 96.5 as the emcee, performances by Derrick Barry as pop princess Britney Spears and appearances on America’s Got Talent; Michelle Chamuel, The Voice contestant and Season 4 runner-up; and singer-songwriter, billboard-topping and American Idol Season 6 runner-up, Blake Lewis!
