Eating healthy is a fun way to stay fit and our friends at The Grove make it easy. So, we reached out to them to share a quick and healthy recipe. Chef De Cuisine Ryan Williams put together this recipe for Tuna Aguachile and showed us how it’s done.
You will need:
- Tuna
- Oranges
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Aguachile sauce
- Cilantro
- Serrano
- Black sea salt
- Coriander seeds
- Micro basil
- Red onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Corn tortilla chips
