To become a vendor, please fill out the form below with all the details and any additional info you want to provide. You will be contacted and advised if your application is accepted.
The cost to be a vendor is $100.
Please note that food and drink vendors must secure a City of Houston Temporary Food Permit and provide Discovery Green with a Certificate of Insurance that meets park requirements of $1M for single occurrence and $2M aggregate, a waiver of subrogation and named additional insureds: Discovery Green Conservancy, Houston Downtown Park Corporation, Houston First Corporation and the City of Houston.

Discovery Green Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that depends on the generosity of park visitors and other friends to maintain the park and to fund the more than 600+ free events held here every year. We welcome gifts of all sizes.
