FAQ’S

Q: What happens after I order?

A: You will get an acknowledgement letter in the mail after we receive your order to confirm the wording for the engraving. You will have two weeks upon receipt of the letter to make any changes to the engraving.

Q: What if I want to change the text on my paver or plaque?

A: You can make any changes up until we place the order with the engraver. Once that order is placed, we will not be able to make any changes.

Q: How long until my paver or plaque will be installed?

A: We currently install pavers and plaques three times per year – January, May and September.

Q: How will I find my paver or plaque once it is installed?

A: We will be able to give you an approximate area based on the installation and will help you look if you need assistance.
