Discovery Green Families on the Green Raises $185,000 to Support Dynamic Programming Seasons

Discovery Green’s biennial fundraising activities included Families on the Green presented by Bracewell & Giuliani and hosted by Ginni and Richard Mithoff; Melissa and Michael Mithoff; and Caroline Mithoff Perez and Scott Perez. The family-friendly event raised $185,000, was attended by 400 individuals and featured a mini art car display, stage shows by Society for the Performing Arts, catfish fishing, karaoke, an ice sculpting demonstration, a visit with Mr. O from the Children's Museum, butterflies, snakes and more from the Houston Museum of Natural Science, and more.
