DockDogs® will return to Discovery Green, Houston’s popular downtown park on Friday, June 26. Diverse competitions will take place throughout the weekend, featuring human handlers of all ages and their canine companions. The original DockDogs® event showcases retrievers running from a 20-foot dock and leaping into the 40-foot pool of water. Each jump is measured and the crowds go wild as some of the dogs maintain jumps of 22-24 feet. Additional challenges including Extreme Verticle, Speed Retrieve and Big Air have increased the popularity of the DockDogs events held across the United States and in Europe.
