Join Opera to Go! for two classic tales for kids about food: Hansel and Gretel (10 a.m.) and How Nanita Learned to make Flan (1 p.m.). Observe professional chefs as they create culinary masterpieces. Share a recipe and a family story as you discover the tastes that identify cultures and traditions from around the world.
