What better way to celebrate life’s special occasions than in Discovery Green’s beautiful surroundings. Here are some suggested areas that may accommodate your family event.

Birthdays

H-E-B Family Celebration Tent
Available Saturdays & Sundays only

The newly designed H-E-B Family Celebration Tent is a perfect place for a child's birthday party. The rental fee is $100/hour plus a non-refundable insurance fee of $100, and a refundable deposit of $100 is also required. This includes (2) 6-foot tables, (1) gift table, (4) seating benches, and a "Explore More at Discovery Green" t-shirt for the birthday child. You are allowed to bring food/picnics and beverages (no glass containers or alcohol).

Stedman West Birthday Veranda
Available Tuesdays-Fridays only, no weekends or holidays

The Stedman West Veranda is located near the McGovern Playground, making it a perfect place for a child's birthday party. It is an outdoor covered area. The rental fee is $75/hour plus a non-refundable insurance fee of $100, and a refundable deposit of $100 is also required. This includes (2) 6-foot tables, 20 chairs and side fencing. You are allowed to bring food/picnics and beverages (no glass containers or alcohol).

Birthday at the Lake House Cafe
