Practice yoga postures and train the body for strength and flexibility. Dynamic flow sequences get the body warm and the heart pumping, while long-held poses strengthen and stretch the muscles. Taught by Lindsey Law.

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to public health reasons, yoga mats will no longer be loaned out but can be purchased in the office from 9 am-6 pm. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, a towel and water. Pre-registration is not required. Fitness Series presented by Sprouts Farmers Market. Participants are required to sign exercise release form upon arrival. Please consult your physician before engaging in exercise.
